Bohemian Braids

Bohemian Braids // thoughtsbynatalie.com

As the weather warms up during the daytime, wearing my hair down becomes less and less appealing. While I am always one to love a quick top knot, sometimes I feel like I need something fresher and a bit more chic. Which of course, brings me to braids.

I learned to braid my own hair while I was young, thanks to many American Girl Dolls to experiment on first. And the great thing about braiding is, once you know how to do it, you know it for life. These are a few styles that have caught my eye—all with tutorials if you click through the links! Can’t wait to give them a whirl…

I am so intimidated, for some reason, to try out braids. The other day I had my hair down and braided my bangs and swept them to the side. I liked it, but I know it could have looked better, LOL! Thank you for the inspiration and some ideas! I will have to get up a little earlier for work and try some out :)

My absolute favourite braid has to be the fishtail. In fact, I think that is how I’ll wear my hair tomorrow. Thanks for the inspiration!
