The Shirt I Have in 4 Colors

E4399_NA5622Earlier this year I found a super comfortable long sleeve shirt at Madewell. After wearing it nonstop for a week, I quickly realized it the perfect long sleeve shirt and grabbed it in three additional colors. I have it in white, black, “kale,” and grey and white stripe, and it’s become a default shirt of mine to wear when I have no clue what to put on. It’s lightweight enough that it works on cool days with a top layer or warm days with a pair of shorts. Even better? It’s on sale right now!

Here are a few ways that I’ve styled it…

With overalls, like these.

Natalie – I love buying multiples of favorites. And I desperately want to buy 5+ long sleeve black t-s because that’s all I wear in SF. But, I have a hard time finding QUALITY! They all tend to get tiny little holes on the bottom. I’ve tried Everlane, J Crew, Majestic, Vince, the list goes on. I’ve read that it’s from the hardware of your jeans rubbing on the shirt, but I swear I’ve never had this issue until recently. Have you had issues? How’s the quality of the Madewell? What’s the material? Hope you’re well – the site is so fab!!

I haven’t had that problem before but I can say I really love these shirts! They are a thinner (“whisper cotton”) material, though, so I wash them on delicate and line dry or tumble dry low. All in all, I recommend them for sure!

Hi there! Any fave short sleeve tees? How are the Madewell short sleeve v-neck tees? I’m in the market to get a few staples and don’t have much time to get out and try a bunch on because I have toddler and a three month old at home. Thanks in advance for any feedback about your faves! Love you style/blog/insta!
