Live Well: Quiet Time

I used to be really good at this. But between working at home—and therefore having a hard time distinguishing between work and rest time—and caring for a baby this year, I just never seem to be able to create space in my day for quiet reflection. So that’s what I want to work on this week. Especially now that my bible study is back in session for fall!

Whether it’s time to pray and read something faith-based, or even just time to sit still, be thankful and reflect on your day, this week let’s set aside a bit of quiet, dedicated down time each day.

    LOVE IT! I see a message bible in the pic too. I like that translation for a refreshing spin on my typical niv ;)
