I saved the fanciest for last: the Navy Shibori Solly Baby Wrap. Tie-dyed in the richest of blue hues, I love the way it brings out Jack’s eyes. (You don’t know this yet because you haven’t seen his face, but he has the dreamiest baby blues!). Since I pretty much have zero time to get ready anymore, I tend to wear a lot of this kind of ensemble: all black. It’s foolproof, is flattering on the postpartum body, and doesn’t show stains :) And it also is the perfect palette for the navy shibori wrap.
BABYWEARING TIP: Wearing your baby decreases the levels of stress hormones circulating in a baby’s bloodstream, which means a more relaxed and happy baby and less crying overall. If that isn’t a reason to wear your baby, I don’t know what is. Cheers to less tears and to looking cute while wearing your little one!

January 20, 2015 at 9:49 amI think this wrap is my favorite of all! Do you typically wear your wrap most of the day and just put Jack in and out?

January 23, 2015 at 2:34 pmThanks girl! It depends—when he was smaller I definitely wore it all day. But now that he’s more active and wiggly, I just put it on when needed. I do always have it in my diaper bag, at least—I find it’s good to always have the option to carry him in case he gets tired or cranky.
