NOTE: Jack’s face is covered only for the photos! When wearing your baby, you should be able to see their face to ensure their air passageways are clear and unobstructed. See more about how to tie your wrap and get all of the safe babywearing tips here.
This Solly Baby Wrap in Natural & Grey Stripe is absolutely the most versatile of the wraps—the classic, neutral stripe pattern matches pretty much everything! If I had to pick just one wrap to have (or to buy for a friend), this would be the one I’d go with.
I paired mine with a few of my favorite things—some old, some new: an oxblood linen v-neck, simple (and super comfy) black leggings, tall boots, and my go-to denim jacket. This is a look you’ll see me in all the time these days. It’s comfortable to wear all day, looks good enough to wear out and about, and practical for mama life.
BABYWEARING TIP: Use a backpack as your diaper bag! It is SO much easier than carrying a tote around. The one I’m wearing is just a basic slouchy bag from Target that I fell in love with, but the options are endless. I also love Herschel Supply Co backpacks, or if you want a legit diaper bag, you can’t go wrong with Petunia Picklebottom!

December 15, 2014 at 8:32 amYou are such a “hip” mom! Love the Solly Wrap and have someone in mind that I want to buy one for. Also, love the “diaper bag” (you probably call it something else but that’s what we called it when you were a baby).

December 16, 2014 at 10:15 amLove that backpack as a diaper bag! I’m going to get one right now. I was given a Coach diaper bag but this looks a lot easier for on the go days!
