Hooray for another new sponsor—The Balanced Life! The blog is written by an adorable gal named Robin, and is all about having a fresh approach to health & fitness (a mission I can personally stand behind).

The blog was created for women who are tired of wasting time with diet regimens and exercise plans that don’t provide lasting results. It’s a place for women who want to look and feel their best without giving up everything that makes life so enjoyable. It’s a place to find balance.     Love love love this! Ah, it’s times and blogs like this that inspire me and energize me in this beautiful online community of women/sisters in Christ <3 I LOVE a good workout – but it's the days, sometimes weeks, where I feel like there is no time for 'me' that God both points me back to allowing Him to spend me, rather than be dictated by a schedule, as well as learning to take care of myself, so that I might be able to take care of others :) I enjoy yoga, walks/hikes outdoors, kayaking and canoeing, swimming, biking, and weight-lifting with other women (so inspiring)! Kickboxing is also a LOT of fun. I live in a small city, though, so most of these things are a once a year (if that!) kind of treat for me!
