As someone who is both a runner and a yoga-lover, I was super excited to stumble upon this post-run cooldown sequence on FitSugar last week. Targeting the legs, lower back, and hips, these poses stretch all the areas that need special attention after running. I guess what I love most about this is that it’s an actual cooldown, which, I admit, I skip every single time I go on a run—I just stop running and hit the couch when I get home!
