Madewell flannel (c/o), Madewell jeans (c/o), Madewell boots, Natalie Borton necklace
This is an easy go-to cold weather look that is both festive and mom-friendly. Although Madewell has a ton of beautiful flannel shirts right now, I was so drawn to this white windowpane one! It just feels different than the usual flannel or plaid and since it’s neutral it doesn’t scream holidays so I can wear it as long as there’s a little chill in the air. These jeans are my newest pair and they have a high rise (my favorite) that holds everything in real nicely ;) I noticed that this style—which has a ton of stretch and is made with Tencel—has a skinnier ankle opening than my other Madewell jeans and I really love that. For my final touches, I wore my trusty suede Billie Boots and of course one of my own necklaces, The Sadie Necklace in Black. I love how it pops against the white top!
P.S. I have a little invitation for all of you in Southern California: I’m having a holiday pop-up shop at Madewell at The Carlsbad Forum on Saturday night (December 17th) and I’d love to see you there! I’ll have my entire inventory with me, which means you can touch and feel the jewelry, try it on with your favorite Madewell clothing, and get it right then and there and not pay a dime in shipping (or have to wait for it to arrive in time for Christmas!). Madewell also is kindly offering a discount on their clothing, so if you have anything from there on your wish list Saturday is a perfect time to make a purchase and get more for your money ;) My pal Chrissy Powers is co-hosting with me and will be sharing styling tips and just being all-around awesome, as she always is.
