I’ve been a beach girl since before I can remember. Spending summers near Cape Cod in Massachusetts, I’d play for hours with my cousins, making sand castles, splashing in the waves, and of course, chasing the ice cream truck.

The salty air is comforting and nostalgic for me—something I didn’t realize was so important until we moved to Texas a while back and I suddenly was without it. Living in San Diego means the weather is almost always perfect, which is nice, but more importantly, I love living here simply because it’s coastal, and being close to the ocean makes my soul feel full.

This look is quite honestly my favorite go-to at the moment. When I’m at a complete loss for how to dress the bump, this (non-materntiy) dress is a guaranteed winner—super soft, nice and stretchy, and of course it’s striped! It can be worn alone, with a denim jacket, or with a simple necklace and scarf like the way I styled it. The key here is that it’s effortless and simple—that’s what every pregnant gal wants, right?

Thanks Sarah! It’s seriously so comfortable—and I’m thrilled I get to wear it post-baby, too!
